Cowwwork is a SaaS platform that offers client brief collection, analysis, proposal and contract management for digital agencies. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you notice unauthorized use.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to send spam, distribute malware, violate others' rights, or produce illegal content. Violating these rules may result in suspension of your account.
Content Ownership
The briefs, images and documents you upload belong to you. You grant us permission to process this content to deliver the service. The platform's own software and brand belong to Cowwwork.
Billing
Paid plans are subscription-based. After the 14-day free trial, billing begins according to your chosen plan. We notify you of price changes in advance.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. You acknowledge that the service may experience interruptions.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
