This agreement governs the online sale of the Cowwwork digital subscription service. The plan, billing term, price and buyer information confirmed at checkout form an integral part of this agreement.

Subject of the agreement
This agreement covers the sale of the Cowwwork subscription plan and any add-ons ordered electronically by the Buyer, together with the parties’ rights and obligations under Turkish consumer and distance-contract legislation where applicable.
Main characteristics of the service
Cowwwork is subscription software that enables agencies to manage client briefs, proposals, contracts, files, approvals and revision workflows in one online workspace. User, active-client, project, storage and feature limits are displayed on the pricing page before purchase.
Price, taxes and billing
The total price, currency, billing term, applicable taxes and discounts are shown before payment. The amount in the order summary and payment confirmation prevails. Plan prices may change for future renewals after notice is given before the new term.
Payment
Payment is processed through iyzico using supported Visa, Mastercard and other methods shown at checkout. Cowwwork does not store card details; payment is processed within the secure systems of iyzico and the relevant banks/card schemes.
Formation of the agreement
The agreement is formed electronically when the Buyer reviews the order and pre-contract information and expressly confirms the order carrying a payment obligation. The agreement and order record are made available through the account or email as a durable medium.
Delivery and performance
No physical delivery is required. After payment approval, the purchased plan is assigned electronically to the Buyer’s account and normally becomes available immediately. Where a technical check is needed, access is provided within 24 hours.
Subscription term and automatic renewal
The subscription remains valid for the monthly or annual term selected in the order. If automatic renewal is selected at checkout, it renews for the same term until cancelled. The plan price and taxes in effect before renewal are charged.
Cancellation
The Buyer may cancel through the plan area of the account or by written notice to legal@cowwwork.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term; access remains available until then and no charge is made for the following term.
Withdrawal right and exceptions
A consumer Buyer may have a 14-day withdrawal right from formation of the service contract. Statutory exceptions may apply to services performed immediately online, intangible goods delivered immediately and services begun before expiry of the period with express consent. Buyers acting for trade or professional purposes may not benefit from consumer withdrawal provisions.
Withdrawal notice and refund
A withdrawal notice may be sent by a clear statement to legal@cowwwork.com. Where withdrawal is valid, amounts collected are refunded within 14 days of receipt using a method compatible with the original payment instrument. Mandatory rules allowing a proportionate charge for performance already supplied remain reserved.
Defective service
If the service does not have the main characteristics stated before purchase, the Buyer may exercise the remedies available under applicable law, including re-performance, price reduction, cure or termination. The issue should be reported with account details and supporting records.
User obligations
The Buyer must provide accurate account and billing information, protect login credentials, use the service lawfully and hold the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded content. Unlawful use may be restricted or suspended for security and compliance.
Personal data and privacy
Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice. Payment data may be processed by iyzico, banks and authorised payment institutions under their own obligations for collection and refund transactions.
Force majeure and continuity
A party is not liable for temporary failure caused by natural disaster, war, widespread internet or power outage, public-authority action, cyberattack or similar events beyond reasonable control. Cowwwork will take reasonable steps to restore service.
Disputes and effectiveness
For consumer transactions, competent Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts apply within their monetary and subject-matter jurisdiction. Turkish law and the courts and enforcement offices at the provider’s registered seat apply to non-consumer disputes. The agreement takes effect upon electronic acceptance.
